As Director of People and Talent Development, Jen helps maintain and grow the reliable staff that P.J.W. Restaurant Group is reputable for. She is responsible for managing the Human Resources structure for 1,600 employees in all the restaurants throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as the Haddonfield-based corporate headquarters. With plans to accelerate growth and double the restaurant group’s current size, Jen applies her years of experience to recruit and secure the right talent that fits the group’s framework. She reports directly to Jim Fris, Chief Operating Officer.
Jen brings decades of relevant talent development experience to this growing group. She occupied several roles over 16 years at Aramark, most recently as Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management and prior to that, she served as Senior HR Director where she was responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies in the Aramark Higher Education business. Before Aramark, she spent 14 years managing various HR operations and roles for Toys “R” Us.

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Jen also holds an Executive Coach certification from The Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, CA.
She resides in Mickelton, NJ and enjoys reading, gardening and exploring the country with her husband via his Harley.
